| All expectations fulfilled. Shipped and delivered on time. Installation was easy and picture was better than expected. So good in fact, that we had to upgrade our Dish satellite receiver. I feel the Sharp TV was a good purchase and well worth the money. The picture is excellent; the sound is OK. We have the TV in a very open living area with lots of windows. We were afraid there would be a glare problem but there wasn't. The TV was shipped via "Yellow". It arrived in good condition, however, we were given a 10:00am to 3:00pm window and it didn't arrive until 4:15pm. Since we had to be home for delivery the whole day was pretty much shot. Frankly, it's difficult for me to add much to the positive reviews already posted. This was my first high-performance TV purchase in 8 years, so one of my main concerns was understanding and using the new technology. Of course, my concern was unfounded. Picture quality is excellent (just remember "GIGO" is in play here), and the sound via internal speakers isn't bad. Subjectively, the set is attractive, and install and set-up are very easy. Also, I found the remote to be intuative and simple to use. Overall, a sure 5-star product. |
